QUEZON Metropolis, (PIA) – The Division of Agriculture (DA), by way of the Philippine Center for Postharvest Enchancment and Mechanization (PHilMech), distributed 16,167 free equipment and gear to licensed farmers’ cooperatives and associations.
In a press briefing on Tuesday, PhilMech Director Dionision Alvindia famous some 682,502 farmers nationwide have been recipients of the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund’s (RCEF) Mechanization Program as of December 2021.
